Suggest Treatment For Heaviness In The Head, Nausea And Vertigo

I feel like my head doesn t belong to me. it has been 2 weeks, I went to see doc, he told me I have vertigo, but i don t have bad dizziness, I just don t feel like me. my head is in the cloud and I feel my head is heavy. I did all kind of Epley Maneuver self care, it didnt help. google on line about my symptom. Labyrinthitis ? Brain disease? now, I am starting feel nauseated. Please help . female, 56, Asian. live in bay area. visited PAMF.

Thanks for the query.
As a first like of management you can take betahistine tablets twice a day for symptomatic relief. You can also add cinnarizine which is an antihistamine provide good response in vertigo.
If symptoms are persistent you can consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. You have to do an MRI scan to look for any lesions in the brain that might have predisposed to vertigo.
