Suggest Treatment For Heavy And Irregular Menstruation

My sister Priyanka Ash is suffering a problem from last 10 years that at the time of periods it cant be stopped like others. It will take a time for 1 months many times it will take 2 months. Therefor she suffered and now it take a heavy type of deices and now i ask you how she overcome from this problem?

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) or naproxen sodium (Aleve), help reduce menstrual blood loss, Tranexamic acid, Oral contraceptives, Oral progesterone, Hormonal IUD (Liletta, Mirena).
