General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, adenomyosis, hormonal imbalance.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, USG scan, and endometrial biopsy if needed.
Treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Progesterone pill and tranaxaemic acid will help to reduce the bleeding.
Take ibuprofen for the pain
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene, avoid stress, take healthy diet, do regular exercise.
Hope this may help you

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
