Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding After Bilateral Tubal Ligation

I just had a bilateral tubal ligation performed on Tuesday. I ve had bleeding heavy and light since then, but nothing much to worry about. Today however, my young son pushed me right about where my lower incision was and I started bleeding slightly heavier again (not overly so), after an hour or two of cramping, I passed a couple of white tissuey pieces that are causing me to be concerned. What might that have been and should I check in with my doctor right away?

hi healthcare magic user, if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to get pelvic ultrasound done to see any polyp.
are you sure no chance of pregnancy because white tissue is suggesting towards abortion tissue.
please consult gynaecologist for ultrasound.
