Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding After Implanon

hi I have had the implanon for a little over a year now. The first year was awesome.i had no side effects and no periods. But in jan of this year I started my period and it has nt stopped since. And the blood has big clots in it. How can I stop the bleeding?what should I do?
