Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding And Period Pain

Hi i had one of my fallopian tube removed and a mirena coil inserted last thursday. I have been bleeding since then and having terrible period pain. I have to go back to work in the next few days. How can i ease the pain? Paracetamol are making me sick.. Please help
