Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding And Stomach Pain With Vaginosis

im 17 im taking the antibiotics called clindamycin for my vaginal problems ive always had bacterial vaginosis so my doctor prescribed stronger meds and yesterday i took 2 ecstacy pills today when i woke up in the morning i was very dehydrated but i drank some water and i felt better after i went to the bathroom and i was bleeding more then ever also i have horrible stomach pains ive never experienced that durin my period i never get bad pains what should i do? or do at home to get rid of the pain?
