Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding Before A Da Vinci Hysterectomy
i have been diagnosed with endrometrial (early stage) cancer and am scheduled for a davinci hysterectomy. Undergone lots of blood tests and my platelets have been going down from 125 on 11/25, to 102 on 12/2 and in pre admission testing 12/29 it was in the 90s. I am 67 yo. Bled heavily for 5-6 weeks (clotting) and had 2 weeks w/o bleeding...now yesterday I started bleeding...what can I expect?

better to go for hysterectomy. before that can have 2pinnts of fresh blood transfusion. blood transfusion and hysterectomy is the only solution
