Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding During Periods

I had my birth control implant removed on the 28th of this month I had a heavy period that started on the 23rd it s been three days since removal and I am having weird symptoms and brown/pink blood when I wipe could I already be pregnant as I also had unprotected sex the day before and after removal

Bleeding started before removal of implant suggesting that causes related to implant removal or pregnancy may be eliminated.Other possible causes may include
-hormonal imbalances
-PID/STI
-pelvic masses like cyst, fibroids...
I will suggest you see your Gynecologist for evaluation.A pelvic ultrasound may be very helpful in your evaluation.Though pregnancy less likely, you may still run a pregnancy test.
