Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding With Clots

I am 32 years old and have had 3 c-sections. My youngest child is 15 months and she was fully breasted but now is starting to wean off. I am now starting to have a menstrual cycle again and last month it was normal but this month it is very heavy with golfball size clots, I can even at times feel my uterus co.tracing and I'm bleeding like I would after child birth. Is this normal?
