General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If your son has a fever regularly for 3 days only at night then I'd suggest getting a test for malarial parasite done ASAP.

In the meantime, you can give your son Combiflam 1/2 tablet as required for fever. You can get back to me with the test report or consult a nearby doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
