Suggest Treatment For Heavy Legs And Calf Pain

after a movie my legs get heavy and hard to walk i have calf pain all the time without any relief i went to a foot specialist for help he said 3 bones in my foot are out of place he recommended inserts in new balance shoes but that did not help he also sent me to physical therapy but that did not help either im going in soon to see if im getting surgery but i cant stand this pain any longer i have tried Tylenol but it docent help much im in my teens so im not old what will help with the pain
