Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding After Child Birth

i just had a baby in september and i have been on my period ever sense. i had gotten on depo after i had her but my doctor took me off of it and put me on the pill to stop the bleeding but ever sense i got on the pill the bleeding has gotten worse its almost as bad as it was after birth and i have to change my pad almost every 15 minutes... is this normal?
