Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Caused By A Bicornuate Uterus

Hello doctor. I am from NE India. 24 years old. I have been diagnosed with a bicornuate uterus hence suffers from heavy menstrual cramps. My doctor advised me to take painkillers and get married soon which I don t want to as of now. Can u please suggest me some advice to ease my cramps? I feel like I will die coz of the pain. Please? Thank you

Severe cramps in your case can be relieved by simple pain medicine like Ibuprofen, System/hormonal supplement like Duphaston. Dosage &brand to suit you to be decided in consultation with your gynecologist.
