Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding With Dizziness

Hi there i am a 21 yr old female and have had my period for 14 days it is extremely heavy but now its like a watery blood that comes out alot when i go to the washroom. Ive went to the hospital and all my blood work came out good. They put me on naproxen to try and slow the bleeding which didnt work. Now im on my 14th day im dizzy when i stand up and have a bad headache and can feel my heart beating in my head. Before i go to the hospital again im reading up about my symptoms please help!
