Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding

Hi doc! Am 34 years been bleeding since July 2017 till today.I went to a scan on November and its shows nothing except I have hormonal issues. I took most of the medication you can think of to stop the bleeding but no luck,until last week Friday where I went to see onother Doc after I have been experiencing pain in my lower back,still heavy bleeding with clots,pain in my left kidney,diarrhea, headache,vomiting,dizzynes and painful womb.I discovered that I have Kidney infections, weak blood and fibroids.my main issue here is the bleeding can t stop even I took pills such as Provers,am becoming weaker and weaker by day its also affect my heart?
