Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Bleeding

I had used a product that used to sound like Gynae for menstrual bleeding. Am 51 and experiencing menopause symptoms did not have a period for the past four months. Im from India and am in the US and do not have medication now and am experiencing heavy bleeding. Need suggestion. Thanks
