Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Cycle And Cramps

i'm 22.. i have a 4 year old daughter and a 1 year old son.. and I have been on my period for 14 days.. this is not the 1st time it had happened.. I have my tubes tied also.. and i was bleeding heavy up until the last 2 day.. and i am having alot of cramping also.. I wonder why this is.. i'm just very worried.. anyone got any ideas??
