Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Flow Caused By Bulky Uterus

I am a 47 year old woman and i have suffered from heavy bleeding and clotting ( very heavy for 3 days ) during my menstrual cycle .I need to change a pad every hour or two even at night . The tests showed a bulky uterus , but no fibroids . It has also led to anaemia . it really affects my life in a big way. Please do help.
