Suggest Treatment For Heavy Menstrual Flow

Hi I'm 28 have 2 kids I'm 5'7 and around 190 lbs. My period came about a week early (last week) and was very light. Now it's heavy and clotty and it's been over a week now since it started. No pain. I'm on birth control and have ways had regular periods. I don't have insurance since being laid off and was wondering if I could find some answers. Thanks
