Hello,
I have gone through your query and followed the concern. In the current scenario, if you are sexually active, please exclude a chemical pregnancy by the blood test. If negative, get investigated for local causes, hormone imbalances and infections. Some medications also can cause this picture and thus should be avoided. You need styptics to control the bleeding immediately. See a specialist or contact the emergency for immediate treatment. You will also need fluid replenishment to curtail the dizziness. Hope this helps.
