Suggest Treatment For Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Along With Headache And Stomach Cramps

I have been taking ocella for 2 1/2 months non stop - to regulate heavy bleeding. I am spotting and bleeding now and have been for 8 days with headache, cramping, and had a day where I cryed alot. Should I hang in there or go off of this pill and find something that works better. I only want to have a period every 3 months. I am 51 years old and would rather not have a period at all.
