General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should do an ultrasound to check uterus and ovaries.
Sometimes cysts can cause the intense pain.
Also you may need to do a total blood count and formula and platelets count and also von Willebrand factor for excess hemorrhage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
