Suggest Treatment For Heavy Vaginal Bleeding And Stomach Pain

hi, i have been bleeding for 8 weeks now, my doctor has given me tranenaxmic acid, northiisterone and nothing is working, im in severe pain with my stomach mostly on the right, im not pregnant, and i dont have any foregin objects left inside. The blood is clotting a lot and seems to be getting worse and worse by the day can you help?
