Suggest Treatment For Heavy Vaginal Bleeding And Stomach Pain

so i forgot to take my birth conrtol for two days so my period came. i have endometroisis so my doc doesnt says to take my birth control all the way through so after my period came i started taking my birth control agian it has now been 6 day i have been on it agian but i am still bleeding and am an terrible pain i dont know what to do
