Suggest Treatment For Heavy Vaginal Bleeding While On Contraceptive Pills

I m currently taking birth control and I started my period half way through the pack and I ve had heavy bleeding for 2 weeks now, I m not sure what to do. I haven t missed a pill and even though I started bleeding I kept taking the pills as normal. I m now done with my bc pack and I m still bleeding. ... Please help
