Suggest Treatment For Hematoma On Hip After An Injury

I fell from a horse 2.5 months ago and as a result have a large hematoma on my left hip (there was also a lot of bruising but that is gone now). I iced the hip immediately afterwards but was told that there is nothing to be done about a hematoma except time. 2 months later the hematoma was bigger and I went to an orthopedic professional and they x-rayed it and confirmed that it was a coconut sized hematoma with no calcification. Next I went to a radiologist who ran and ultra sound on the hematoma and then using first an 18 then a 16 gage needle, aspirated 450 cc's of dark red, nearly purple blood. I went home and compressed it (wore two pairs of Spanx) for three days and iced it for the first day. That was two weeks ago. Now it is swelling again. Some have suggested re-aspirating and injecting with tetra-cyciline...I am at a loss as are all doctors given that it seems to continue to bleed and does not seem to clot though I have no blood disorders, do not bruise easily, gums do not bleed when I brush, I take no blood thinners, etc. Would love some thoughts on anyone with experience here.
