Suggest Treatment For Hematoma On Pubic Bone After Injury

Hi, about four months ago, I got kicked on the inside of my leg, the pubic bone area. It bruised really badly and has now had a hematoma on it since. It gets very achy if it gets strained to much and I cant stretch my leg back like i used to. It has also been affecting the timing of my periods. I was just wondering if I should get it seen to or if it will eventually go away on its own.
