Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids In Anal Region

hi, i am a 42 year old mother of two. I have recently been very troubled by haemorrhoids and despite using anusol creme and suppositories for 3 months, i am still in severe discomfort. I have a rash now and i always have bleeding when i pass stools. what do i do? and what are the next steps? could i have had an anal prolapse? it is quite bad.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having 3rd or 4th degree hemorrhoids and so it might require surgery.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile avoid constipation and take plenty of water.
Take plenty of green vegetables and more fiber containing food.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
