General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to hemorrhoids. For further assessment you may require proctoscopy examination after proctologist opinion. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition and it's grade. You may require complete hemogram after consultation. You may require surgical intervention after consultation. Keep your self hydrated. Take high fibre diet.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
