I am a female and my age is 23 years height is 5.3 My bowel movements are immediately after eating or drinking anything and I have to go to washroom . stool is semi liquid . I even have nausea feeling and stomach pain after eating . After that again I feel hungry . This problem persists since 3 days . My hepatitis B reports are positive . Rest all is fine . And I have a severe pain in my rectum during my mensus . Can You help me out ?
You have diarrhea. Routine test can be done, stool examination should be done. Oral rehydration to be taken care of, probiotics can be taken. [Lactobacillus] Antibiotics and anti-parasite after stool test unless indicated in your history. It seems to come in acute hepatitis. Please visit medicine OPD and take proper treatment for that. Lifestyle and stress management is actually going to resolve this. Join online OMBW 'Art of Living' course. It can prevent future complications and help to resolve it easily.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
