Suggest Treatment For Hernia Near Navel, Heartburn And Difficulty In Defecation

I have a hernia near my belly button. I ve only had it a couple of weeks. I m getting heartburn, struggling to go to the toilet without the aid of constipation relief and I have pins and needles in my stomach. I have an appointment with a surgeon on 11th august for a consultation. Do I need to go sooner? I feel a bit sick too. Thankyou.
