Suggest Treatment For Herniated Disc Disease

My son of 36 years old is suffering from an herniated disc (fifth from neck) due to a fall when he was younger and heavy lifting occasionally causing his right hand not to respond along with his toes. His bowel movement was also affected but now subsided. This morning he can't see from his right eye. Doctor ordered and MRI and he thinks he has MS. Please help.
