Suggest Treatment For Herniation With Muscle Weakness

i had a mri scan yesterday they told me that i have 2 very slight hearniations in my c6 c7 areas and my symptoms are weakness in my tricep and other muscles in left side but not my legs i have pain in my back on left side n in tricep i train with weights its also my job wat treatments rae available for recovery of my problem to re gain my strength anything u can help me wi is greatly appreciated yours lee
