my doctors staff,she informed me I had herpes, I was not believing her Why hadn t the doctor told me! Anyway that was about 9 months ago. I lost faith in my doctors group and got another. Anyway I went to urgent care because i felt I had a cut or something in the vulva area. Saw doctor she said i was dry and thin due to my menapause, but too test for herpes,and the test results were neg How can a mistake like that happe?n HSV 1 DNA neg HSV 2 DNA negThis is negligence.How do I believe? se

Hello,

Take acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or aspirin to relieve pain. Apply cool compresses to sores several times a day to relieve pain and itching.

Medical management may include antiviral medications such as aciclovir or valaciclovir.
