General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

At your age, 44 years old, it might be a bit difficult to get pregnant, especially if suffering of chronic illness like hypertension and anemia.
However, that is not impossible.

I advise to consult with a fertility specialist at your country first to understand what your current health status is; evaluate the eggs and ovulation and uterus status.

If everything is ok, and if hypertension and anemia are well controlled, you can decide to undergo ivf treatment.

All the best.
