Suggest Treatment For High BP And Blurred Vision

My husband had an endoscopic polyectomy two days ago. Today his blood pressure is high 180/97,right now. I ve called the Dr on call , the emergency room and urgent care, no one wants to advise me. I don t know if I should take him to the emergency room or wait to speak to his GP Monday. He doesn t have any signs of high blood pressure, no headache, blurred vision etc. So I am at a loss as to the safest course of action.
