Suggest Treatment For High BP And Cholesterol

Hi, my doctor has prescribed Homocheck. I had high BP and marginally higher cholesterol detected last year, but both these are well in control now with dietary changes and execise coupled with Telma-AM prescription. I want to know if I have to continue to take HOMOCHECK once I start it like cholesterol reducing statins

High blood pressure in your case has to be treated promptly to avoid complications on heart.Drugs like ace inhibitors like ramipril and beta blockers like metoprolol.Periodical monitoring of blood pressure helps to keep a track on the blood pressure.Maintain the blood pressure to less than 130/80 mm of hg.Blood cholesterol can be reduced with drugs like statins.Regular exercise for 20 min/day will help to reduce the blood pressure and blood cholesterol.Consult your cardiologist for further help.
