I PUJA SINGH 34 YEAR in july sudndly my b.p. increasep170/120 mm of hg.on july my creatnine-4,urea-61,pth-146,ANCA ,PANCA NORMAL.ON OCTOBER my creatinine level now 2.7 urea-51 hdl 41 ,hb-10,K+-4.5,URIC ACID-6 . i am on renal diet ,tablet ofrox-BD,AMLO-5mg OD, TAB. METOPROLOL XL-25 OD, INJ. EROTHROPROTININE ONCE IN A WEEK.WHAT I WILL DO NOW.

Hello,

The medicines you are advised work on high blood pressure and these help to control it. There was increase in your creatinine levels and now there is much improvement in the levels as its 2.7 which needs to go down to less than or equal to 1.2 as that is the normal range.

It takes time to get it under control as the primary cause for increase in your blood pressure was renal and you are advised medicines for that. I would suggest you to continue the medicines as per your doctor’s advice and regular kidney function test is necessary to check the creatinine levels in your blood till it comes to normal range.

Follow the diet that has been advised to you as well as do regular follow ups as per your doctor’s advice. If you have any doubt or problem during this, always contact your doctor without hesitating and get your doubt cleared.
