Suggest Treatment For High BP And Diarrhea

My Mom generally has high BP. She has recently been experiencing severe diarrhea as a result f anti-inflammatory medication for arriviste. She became severely dehydrated with kidney function low and was rehydrated at emergency last night. Right now her BP is 122/57 on 2nd reading. Should she ego back to emergency?

Since she is experiencing considerable fluid loss, I would recommend discontinuing blood pressure medications for now. Keep her well hydrated with fluids containing electrolytes like Gatorade. Monitor blood pressure measurement every 3-4 hours. If two blood pressure readings are elevated, restart the blood pressure pills.
