Suggest Treatment For High BP And Enlarged Heart

On my last visit to the doctor she said that my heart was enlarged and I do have high blood pressure. I am taking amlidopine 20 mg a day. Should I ask the doctor to change it to losartan? I was also on lisinopril, did not feel good afterwards and I stopped with lisinopril. I am concerned since my mother had also HBP and she died from subarachnoid hemorrhage.

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated.

You have to start on antihypertensives to control the blood pressure.
