Hello,

You seem to have lost a lot of weight and generally in these cases a thorough examination needs to be done to find the cause of it.
It is normal to feel fatigued when loosing so much weight, the same thing causing the weight loss might also cause fatigue.

You will need to have some blood tests like CBC, ERS, TSH, FT4, lipids, glucose tests, ALT, AST, bilirubine, creatinine and electrolytes and also a colonoscopy as a routine check that is recommended every 10 years for patients over 50 years of age.
