General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Possibly yes, but need further investigations.
When a person is being treated with high blood pressure we cannot predict when it will spike at the point to cause lethal cardiovascular event.

The purple face means the hit on the face was several hours before you found him. The white foam means he had a possible cerebrovascular event.

Wait for the final results before running into final conclusions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
