Suggest Treatment For High BP, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroidism, RLS And CHF

I am 54y/o and I have diabetes, fibromyalgia, Hypothyroid,High Blood pressure, Restless leg syndrome, Movement Disorder, Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, and I have had a Lacuner Stroke in Right Ganglia.Today I saw my Neurologist and he said I have spots on my Right and Left Basil Ganglia, e asked had I ever been exposed to carbon monoxide? I told him not that I know of. What else could have caused this? My email address is YYYY@YYYY
