Suggest Treatment For High BP, Headache, Fatigue And Teeth Pain

I am experiencing very painful headaches. I am 71 and have osteoarthritis for which I take one 15 mg tablet of meloxicam daily. It is the only med I take. I do take a multi vitamin, vitamin D and extra C. My blood pressure has always been good but lately has gone up to 138-140. The headaches are severe in the morning until after I have breakfast and take 2 Excedrin. I have also been plagued with fatigue and throbbing teeth. Just wondering how important these symptoms are. I have dr appt on Tuesday. Should I move that up?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the very painful headaches are due to bad teeth you are having.
Should get immediate consultation with dentist to start appropriate treatment.

Keep monitoring blood pressure (bp) and record the results.
It has been high these days due to pain you experience and meloxicam use.

Hope this helps.
