Suggest Treatment For High BP In A Diabetic

I know someone who is diabetic type 2, has high blood pressure, high chloresterol, she has anxiety disorder, she broke out into a sweat she said her heart was racing, she drank her something, ate something, took 2 deep breaths and now she is sleeping, should I be worried? I took her vitals and her pulse was up,(88) she is saying that she doesn t need medical attention. She has had episodes of vomiting all day yesterday.

Thanks for posting on HCM
I will suggest you have her BP checked and her blood sugar measured.Given the fact that she vomited all yesterday, i will advise she sees the Doctor for examination and investigation.
As for her treatment,
-she will need anti-hypertensive for her high BP.Choice of anti-hypertensive will be chosen by Doctor after examination.
-Oral anti-diabetics for diabetes will do.She will also need to be evaluated if not yet on treatment.
-For high cholesterol, she will need a statin group of drug like artovastatin.However, a lipid profile test will be needed before prescription.
She should see the Doctor for evaluation.She may take an ant-emetic like vogalene if vomiting persist.
