Suggest Treatment For High BP

I have high blood preessure of 135 over 81 and I used to take Micardia 80 mg and 12.5 .Now it was lowered to 40 mg. and change to Lozartan.Is it safe to combine this medicine with other supplements like Biotin,Billberry ,calcuim and mulyivitamins/and fish oil?

You may combine multivitamins and calcium which you may need prophylactically because your age .These supplements are not relevant to your BP medication. Biotin and fish oil are not necessary
