Suggest Treatment For High BP
I was suffering from high BP. Sometimes i suffer a pain and unable to take breath like. I am normal with the ECG reports. Don't know what is the problem. Could you please advice on the problem and let me know any scan needed or test needed for finding out the exact problem Please advice....

You can repeat the BP recording probably after one week, and if the BP is persistently high, you can consult a cardiologist and start on anti-hypertensives.
As of now reduce your salt intake and avoid unwanted stress and anxiety as stress and anxiety can cause high blood pressure.
