Suggest Treatment For High SGOT
Sir I am chandra aged 37 years I have high level of sgot (83) and sgpt (33) and kidney test uric acid is 7.4 and in lipid screen test total cholesterol is (218) and triglycerides (168) Hdl cholesterol (42) Ldl cholesterol (142.4) Vldl cholesterol (33.6) so please suggest the precaution and diet and necessary treatment

Dou you drink alcohol - if yes then stopping alcohol will help. If you are overweight you need to reduce weight. I would suggest getting lab tests for hepatitis B and hepatitis C along with an Ultrasound of the abdomen
