Suggest Treatment For High Blood Glucose Levels During Morning

Morning highs with Pre-Diabetic Type 2: Struggling with morning high glucose levels. 102 to 117 mg/dl. 3:00 am it can be 99 or less and by 7:00 am it is up way higher than when I went to bed. Am dieting, exercising just before bed. 2 miles treadmill. I weigh 176 and am 63 yrs old & very active. Any advise?

Sir , Your body is trying to compensate for a minimal low sugars be pushing our more glucose from the liver , Thats why your 3a.m sugar is slightly low and fasting is high ( Insulin - glucose mismatch) this is what we call a dawn phenomenon. If you had experienced a hypoglycemia at night (SugarHope i have answered your query.
